Who we are

TMF Exterior Cleaning is an exterior cleaning business serving Norfolk & Suffolk. You can contact us at tmfexteriorcleaning@gmail.com or on 07515 274605.

What information we collect

When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email, Facebook or Instagram, we receive the details you choose to share — usually your name, phone number, email address, property address and photos of the areas you'd like cleaned.

The quote form on this website does not store or send any data itself. It simply prepares a message in WhatsApp or your email app, which you then choose whether to send.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, arrange and carry out the work, and send any invoices or follow-up messages about that work. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and, where you book work, on the performance of our contract with you.

Sharing and retention

We don't sell or share your information with anyone for marketing. We keep records only as long as needed for the work and for our accounting and legal obligations.

Before and after photos

We may take photos of the work we carry out. We will never publish your house number, name or anything that identifies you without your permission.

This website

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address as part of delivering them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
